Who is Flower De Raadt?

 

 

FlowerFlower De Raadt, is an entrepreneur and real estate investor . Flower successfully manages sales and marketing strategies for state-wide small businesses, the real estate industry, and nationally for authors/speakers to achieve growth by implementing a vision for business development, product placement, and brand awareness.

As owner of Flower Finds, she has been responsible for seeking new business opportunitiesfor various clients in cross-culture markets through strategic alliances, target based marketing & sales, and customer relationship management. She has practiced these skills with accounts and customers in Latin America, Asia, Southeast Africa and the United States for companies like EMI Music, Apple Computer Inc, and most recently for Bridgepoint Investment Group. Flower currently resides in Odessa, TX with her husband and toddler.

 

She enjoys spending as much time as possible with her little one and realized that in order to have more control of her time, she would need to create passiveincome through real estate investing. Flower launched "The Real Estate Newbie" to journal her experiences in the hope of helping entrepreneurs learn with her as she changes careers and enters a new role. She most recently launched "The Business Newbie", a social network for small biz newbies and entrepreneurs. Flower also joined Nouveau Riche as an Independant Student Advisor (ISA) and is licensed to promote and distribute their products and services. Flower credits her rapid learning to being a part of the Nouveau Riche community.
